- Cancel order: We allow you to cancel your order within 12 hours after you placed your order. In this case, if you want to cancel your order. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 3-5 working days.
- Shipping time: + Free Shipping: 12 – 18 days + Express Shipping (USA only): 5 – 8 days (First item: $20 – Each additional item: $10) + Standard Shipping (USA - FLorida - only): 5 – 8 days (First item: $100 – Each additional item: $50)
- We also offer express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 19:30 on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Petaba Shop cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.

In most cases it takes from 12-18 days. As we ship via UPS/EMS, the product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.

Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

Tracking number: How can you track delivery? The automatic tracking code will be emailed to you when you order after a few days. If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 3 to 5 bussiness days for the tracking information to update.
